Application Form & Supporting Documents
Submit the completed UCA Application Form and supplementary documents to reach UCA no later than March 1st 2019 at 11:59pm (GMT+6). Please note the US$15 application fee will be waived for students whose full application is received before February 1st 2019 at 11:59pm (GMT+6).
You must submit the following documents by the deadlines to complete your application:
- Official mark sheets from Grade 10 and the first two quarters of Grade 11 (for Central Asian applicants) or from Grade 11 and the first two quarters of Grade 12 (for international applicants). If you are currently a university student, you must submit your university transcript as well
- A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID or Passport
- Photograph (3 cm x 4 cm) of yourself taken in the past three months; and
- An Application fee equivalent to US$15 in national currency. Please note the fee will be waived for applications received before February 1st 2019 at 11:59pm.

You can submit your application in three ways:
- Download, print, complete, scan, and email the application form and all supporting documents to apply@ucentralasia.org
- The subject of the email should be: “Application” followed by your name
- Documents can be submitted personally by the deadline to a UCA location in Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan or Kazakhstan.
- Write your full name, email address and telephone number on the envelope.
- Applications can be submitted from 9:00-18:00, Monday to Friday.
UCA takes no responsibility for applications received after March 1st 2019 at 11:59pm (GMT+6).

UCA Admissions Test
Stage I shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for an Admissions Test on March 24th 2019. An email will be sent including an Application Number, Test Centre address, and time for the UCA Admissions Test. You can only take the test at the location specified in your personal notification. The test will cover Mathematics, English and Logic.

Recommendations and Financial Aid Forms
Stage II shortlisted candidates who score competitively on the admissions test, will be required to submit recommendation forms and a financial aid application in April 2019. You must submit one recommendation form from your Mathematics teacher and one recommendation form from your English teacher, ideally in English. The recommendation form from the Mathematics teacher can also be in Russian.
Once a student is admitted, financial assistance is guaranteed.
